Country Kitchen at Wolgan Valley
Guests can drop in at the Country Kitchen for a light snack of coffee and toast if the morning calls for a change from breakfast in the Wolgan Dining Room. Or they can enjoy a mid-morning break until it's time for lunch, which can be selected from daily specials on the blackboard.
Kitchen specialties such as a regional ploughman’s platter or antipasto, salted white bait fritter served with a crispy salad, or Butternut Pumpkin with Black Cod Tortellini are all likely choices as well as our seasonal daily choices from our blackboard.
At any time of the day, the Country Kitchen is a relaxed eatery; perfumed with the rich aromas of freshly-baked bread and house-roasted coffee; and it's from here that guests can order a gourmet picnic hamper to take out into the reserve.
In the Wolgan dining room breakfast begins the day with a delicious spread of favourites, including Muesli Parfait featuring seasonal berries, freshly baked pastries, or breads with homemade preserves and local cheeses.
Dinner is equally relaxed with a daily changing menu showcasing high-quality regional and seasonal produce prepared simply and expertly to let the natural flavours shine.
