Highball House is hired out as a whole building for your exclusive use. It has accommodation for a total of 40 people with 60 people max on site at any time.
Ideal for small conferences, Corporate team building. Close to Sydney and Canberra for easy mid week meetings.
Perfect for milestone events – Birthday celebrations and anniversaries, car club meetings, wedding parties, tour groups enjoying the wine tours in the Southern Highlands, large family events.
There are 13 bedrooms with a double and single bed in each and a kids room with a single mattress.
The building has three bathrooms, two separate shower rooms and two separate powder rooms.
Groups can mingle or escape to a quiet corner. Highball is perfect for any event or function with expansive verandas overlooking the grounds, two glamorous connected living areas with fireplaces, a bar area and an external dining area with a firepit (use subject to fire restrictions).
We have a large dining room for up to 40 people and a commercial style kitchen to whip up a storm. The external verandah could seat up to 60. We also have an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, gas BBQ, smoker and Weber.
Kids Play and TV Room with Smart TV (for streaming your account) and Kids DVD’s/Books/Games. Adults TV room with DVD player, Books, Games and a Pool Table and Dart Board. For outdoors we have games such as Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and Boules.
