Modern country holiday house located 4 minutes from the Gippsland Lakes. Consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests.

Inside the house you’ll find plenty of room to relax and feel at home. There are four bedrooms and seven beds in total with two bathrooms including a stunning en suite to the master bedroom.
The large modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm plus Delonghi kitchen gadgets and Nespresso coffee pod machine to keep coffee fiends happy. You’ll find a selection of games and DVDs in the spacious lounge area for lazy days.
The wood heater is lovely to crank up during the chilly months and the split system air conditioner / heater will keep you comfortable any time of year. The house is fully wheelchair accessible (view access statement) and pet friendly with an enclosed dog yard so your furry friends are also welcome to join you on holiday (view our pet policy).
– The Location –
Nungurner is a picturesque hamlet made of dairy and cattle farms in South East Gippsland. The nearest neighbours are the owners of who live approximately 300 metres away on an adjacent farm.
If you fancy a swim in the Gippsland lakes or a spot of fishing it’s only a five-minute drive to the water’s edge. As a guest of Country House Retreat you are welcome to use the private wooden jetty located just below our sister property, Jetty Road Retreat.
The small beach area in Nungurner is calm and protected so ideal for swimming with young children and for enjoying watersports such as kayaking and stand up paddle-boarding. Metung is only a ten-minute drive away where you’ll find delightful cafes, the friendly Metung Hotel and a fabulous free water park for the kids to cool off on hot days plus you can stock up on basic provisions.
Lakes Entrance is fifteen minutes away and has all the larger shops plus beaches that stretch for miles and some amazing fresh seafood, perfect for cooking up on the BBQ.
