The houses are set amongst native scrub and are elevated to enjoy an uninterrupted view of the beach, sea and picturesque headlands. It is an easy 15 minute drive from the coastal township of Penneshaw where the Sealink passenger ferry from the mainland docks.
Island Beach Escape provides you with a choice of two absolute beach front properties, each accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. You will enjoy panoramic views from all living areas and main bedrooms.
The beach (Island Beach) is accessed by private paths through the natural vegetation that provides a haven for the local birds and wildlife.
While you are here at Island Beach Escape, make the most of the calm, relaxing environment. Take a stroll along the sandy beach which often you will only be sharing with the local pelicans.
Island Beach Escape has local wallabies who visit the property (and you?)most evenings, a large and solemn goanna who “owns” the driveway when he decides to take a walk, soaring flocks of vibrant parrots and tiny blue wrens searching the undergrowth for tasty morsels.
