Is there anything that a day in the great blue outdoors cannot cure?  How many summer mornings have you wished you could be out sailing Whitsundays instead of doing absolutely anything else? The Whitsunday Islands are the ideal location to do just that!

These beautiful islands offer the most scenic spots to create the perfect vacation for you and your loved ones. Let your hair down, bask in the sun and breathe in the fresh sea air as you enjoy the variety of experiences we have in stall for you.

We all need an escape from routine every now and then so give yourself a much needed therapy session (nature style) amongst these gorgeous Whitsunday islands. We have daily departures, so you can jump on board a scheduled tour or ask our staff about a private charter.

The Whitsundays is a group of islands a little off the coast of Queensland and is approximately nine hundred kilometres from Brisbane. The Whitsunday islands are believed to have been named after the Whitsunday passage that was discovered by Captain Cook. These islands are not only unchanged from humans for the most part but are also surrounded by one of the seven natural wonders of the world – The Great Barrier Reef.

We are lucky enough to have two kinds of reef around The Whitsundays. We have “fringing reef” which is coral reef that grows in the shallow waters surrounding the Islands. We also have what is called the Outer Reef which is several hours away from the mainland and furthest Islands.

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures operates out of Airlie Beach which is also known as “The Gateway to the Islands”.

It is a popular destination among tourists who travel to see the wonders of The Great Barrier Reef and the North Queensland coast.

Sailing Whitsunday will be the adventure of a lifetime and provide memories that will last forever.

At Whitsunday Sailing Adventures we pride ourselves on giving our guests the best and most memorable experience possible. Our diverse trips include activities such as Snorkelling, Diving, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Waterslides, Sea Scooters, Beach hopping, Bushwalking and more! For those wanting to test their skills, you can get involved and help the crew hoist the sails and more. If that’s not your thing, then just sit back and relax as your crew steer you through the island passages.
