Mary’s Farm Cottages offer an authentic Western Australian Wheatbelt rural experience.

Mary’s Farm Cottages offer quality accommodation and great service. The facilities and services provided by Mary’s Farm Cottages ensure a pleasant stay, even for the most discerning guests.

The eco-friendly village has luxurious accommodation with king-size beds and quality fittings throughout.

The eight cottages can sleep up to 48 people with solar energy supplying electricity and all grey water recycling.

Built in a semi-circle, all rooms have uninterrupted farm views across 400 hectares of farmland. Guests can choose to book a

motel unit (maximum of two people), a one-bedroom apartment (maximum of four people)

or a two-bedroom cottage (maximum of six people).

Take a complimentary tour of the yabby farm and sample products at Cambinata Yabbies (Australia’s best ). Check out the giant wheat bins and large machinery for the family cropping operation. Have lunch in the shearing shed, surrounded by relics from the past, local aboriginal art, large ‘tin collection’, grand piano and much more.

At sunset you can watch the kangaroos grazing in our back paddock, see the beehives and taste Michael’s honey, or take a walk around the farm.

Wildflowers are amazingly flowering all year with the peak in September through to November

Mary’s Farm Cottages are located on a working farm. Tractor rides and farm tours are available at a small extra cost.

Star Gazing and Night Photography are exceptional at our Cottages. Our skies are classed Bortle 1 – which makes them amongst the best rating dark skies in the world

The Nenke family first took up the home property in 1912 and moved onto the land in 1914. Today it is home of third, fourth and fifth generation family members.

The village is eco-friendly as we’re mindful of the importance of looking after the environment for future generations.

Marys Farm Cottages is the perfect place to stop for a break on your way from Perth to Esperance and also a great place to visit in its own right.

While you are here, come and visit the family’s ‘state of the art’ yabby (fresh water crayfish) establishment. Cambinata Yabbies is the largest and most sophisticated yabby processing facility in Australia.

Pre-ordered steamed yabbies are available either at Cambinata or delivered to your cottages.
