Adina Vineyard

Adina Vineyard – Excellent Wine and Olive products, luxurious accommodation, fine dining and Day Spa all on the same estate in Lovedale in the heart of the lower Hunter Valley

Those of us with an affinity for Tuscany or the South of France are very much at home in the Hunter Valley, the tastes and smells are all here. Your senses will be blessed at Adina Vineyard, with acres of vines and olive groves, luxury accommodation and an excellent onsite restaurant to open in September 2013, Adina provides the perfect holiday in the Lovedale area of the Hunter Valley.

The tangible difference about visiting Adina Vineyard is that you can experience the heart beat of this lovely estate. You can witness the fruit of the earth grow, see it harvested, taste its creation and then sleep peacefully in luxurious comfort alongside that vibrant pulse. That is what makes Adina quite special and extraordinary. Adina Vineyard’s owner Peter, loves to share his journey of excellence to deliver the fine products of his estate with his visitors, he wants you to experience the whole process and have fun doing it.

Winemakers are a unique breed, I have never met one I didn’t like and being a foodie, I have an even softer spot for a winemaker that is also an olive grower. People who can take not just one, but two of god’s most precious fruits of the Hunter earth and turn them into epicurean delights are, in my book, artisans. Peter and his family are the artisans of Adina Vineyard, where they create the classic wines of the Hunter, semillon, chardonnay and shiraz, as well as traditional Italian favourites such as Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese. Be sure to spend some time at Adina’s cellar door, with views across the vineyard. From a Grove of over two thousand olive trees they also produce a fine variety of table olives, glorious olive oils and decadently rich tapenades.

The excellent products of Adina Vineyard are uniquely and proudly Australian with a quality that was once only the domain of European epicure. We are indeed very lucky to have world class quality producers right here in the Hunter Valley who are making their mark on the world with their award winning wine and food.

The fully self contained vineyard view lodges sleep up to six people and are well equipped with all the luxuries and comforts of home; full kitchen, ensuite rooms, lounge with state of the art audiovisual systems, quality linen, and air conditioning.

Also on site is the Reflections Day Spa where you can be pampered to your heart’s content before enjoying the fine food and wines of the estate and local region at the reknowned Emersens restaurant, relocating soon to the estate. Lunches feature tapas servings, and during the evening patrons can a enjoy a magnificent degustation menu. Watch this space for more exciting news about Emersons.
